“Leak from the Pool: I explained to Tom where I thought the leak in the pool was coming from, Tom then suggested that he performs a Lazer water level test which he felt would be the best way to initially tackle the problem, this I agreed too and it was a great success. Tom then said that the water was at the correct level and suggested it would be in my interest to have the skimmer box join sealed which I also agreed too, this he completed and said this would avoid any leak from this area in the future should the pool increase in water volume from any rainfall. I will not hesitate to recommend your company to one and all I meet that feel they have a swimming pool problem.”

“Called ALD North Brisbane after a recommendation to try and determine if we had a leak with our pool pipe work. I received an extremely quick response and they dispatched a technician within an hour of booking their service. Tom called me to inform me of the results of the testing that had been carried out. He told me, he was going to tinker for a bit longer to try and find the source of our problem. He called me back and explained he had found the source of the problem and the action he had taken to remedy it. He explained everything in an informative, easy to understand manner and was polite and respectful throughout. This coupled with clear and upfront pricing regarding the work to be carried out, I can highly recommend Australian Leak Detection for their professional expertise.
